What is it with me and these doctors!!!
I went to a doctor cum nutritionist today. The cardiologist had recommended I see him. You do know I'm obese don't you? Well you haven't been paying attention to my blog for very long then if you don't.
In May, the cardiologist was doing my history and the discussion comes around to life, companionship etc. The panicky issue had come up so this was a feeder from that issue. The doctor asked me about husband and essentially asked why I don't have one and perhaps that would make me less panicky/anxious. He had no doubt read Kelly's cure for me in response to one of the panicky/anxious entries.
Today, I wondered if it was a feature of the institute.

Don't disrespect workers....they will shoot you!
I was an HR Manager at a place that was unionized. I hated that part of the job, just because I think unions had to justify their existence and show their members that they were working for them.
Anyway, the JUTC is Jamaica's bus company. Always has problems, that company. Since Bruce Golding took over, he put his man as Chairman. Douglas Chambers.

It has rained all night last night, all day today, and all night tonight. This part of the island was as dry as chip. The rain was very much needed. But after seeing my kitchen floor filled with water, I'm saying "enough already!"

A shooting in my neighbourhood
Left home around 7:10 Wednesday evening to go to the gym. When I reached the road where the stoplight is, I see police siren flashing, yellow caution tape strung across the road, lots of cars around and so on. I had earlier seen a vehicle turning around, so I did the same.
